"The Lord gave the word:
great was the company of
those that published it."

Psalm 68:11

A true revival means nothing
less than a revolution,
casting out the spirit
of worldliness,
making God's love
triumph in the heart.

"Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet..." Isaiah 58:1

"But speaking the truth in love..." Ephesians 4:15

If Not, Be It Known       * Featured Notes *
"Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up." Daniel 3:16-18

Walk in the Spirit
"This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would."   Galatians 5:16-17

We Shall Give An Account
"...we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God."   Romans 14:10-12

Simeon and the End Time Church
"And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him. And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord's Christ. And he came by the Spirit into the temple..."   Luke 2:25-35

The Want for True Leadership
"Where are the apostolic leaders who can put God's people to praying? Let them come to the front and do the work, and it will be the greatest work which can be done. None but praying leaders can have praying followers. Praying apostles will beget praying saints. A praying pulpit will beget praying pews."

The Great Commandment
Man has made the will of God so very complex through his arguments and debates over scripture. But in a single verse Jesus sums up the whole will of God toward man; to Love Him. It is only through this genuine love for God, that all other commandments can be obeyed to the satisfaction of God. Jesus said, this is the greatest commandment of all.

Enter into the Holiest
We treat God with less dignity than our nieghbor. We enter His house dressed like slobs in jeans, T shirts and even shorts. We live a life of sin then come and act like saints in His presence as if He was too old or ignorant to know the difference. We do all this, then imagine ourselves entering into the holy of holies, into the presence of the King.

Spiritual Violence
The true Christian life is not for the faint hearted, nor the spiritual sluggard. Every line of scripture breathes with a violent spiritual assault against darkness, and a militant pressing into the kingdom of God. The apostle Paul calls the Word of God our sword, and our faith a shield.

Spiritual Discernment
"Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned."   (I Corinthians 2:12)

Constrained by Love
Through the question of a cold religious Pharisee, came forth an answer from our Lord so profound as to separate all religious activity from true fellowship with God. "Master, which is the great commandment in the law?" To this deep "theological question" Jesus gives this simple answer, "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment."   (Matthew 22:36-38)

A Better Resurrection
"...they loved not their lives unto the death, when the love of life stood in competition with their loyalty to Christ; they loved not their lives so well but they could give them up to death, could lay them down in Christ's cause; their love to their own lives was overcome by stronger affections of another nature..."

He Restrained Them Not
"For I have told him that I will judge his house for ever for the iniquity which he knoweth; because his sons made themselves vile, and he restrained them not."  (I Samual 3:13) I tell you brethren with a broken heart that this very same judgment rests upon our Church leadership today.

Fear – Hindrance to Revival
"And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men's hearts failing them for fear..."   (Luke 21:25-26)

Where No Oxen Are
Albert Barnes noted "Labor has its rough, unpleasant side, yet it ends in profit. So also, the life of contemplation may seem purer, ‘cleaner’ than that of action. The outer business of the world brings its cares and disturbances, but also ‘much increase.’ There will be a sure reward of that activity in good works for him who goes, as with "the strength of the ox," to the task to which God calls him."

To This Man Will I Look
"Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest? For all those things hath mine hand made, and those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word."   (Isaiah 66:1-2)

The Lord Reigneth!
Whatever opposition may arise, His throne is unmoved; He has reigned, does reign, and will reign forever and ever. All things are ordered according to his eternal purposes, and His will is done without question, without hesitation and without opposition.

Abiding in Christ
We lack much because we abide little. The key to the spiritual realm is the abiding. All of the power, wisdom and knowledge of Christ was summed up in this, "...I am in the Father, and the Father in me ... he doeth the works." (John 14:10)

I Will Glory in the Cross
"But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world."   (Galatians 6:14)
